I have just switched from Sky broadband and I have reconnected my old Netgear range extender successfully to the new router. Although I can connect devices to it, there is no internet, even when I connect my laptop via ethernet cable direct to the range extender. I have tried resets on the extender but no luck. Internet is fine direct to router.

Hi @Martychris - thanks for getting in touch. Are you getting any kind of error messages when connecting the extenders?
Have you tried a factory reset on the extenders using the reset button at the bottom? It could be that it's still holding onto some of the details from your last router.
Give that a try and let us know how you get on 👍
