Hi,
Today my sons Nintendo switch stopped connecting to the internet via our Vodafone router, it was working fine yestreday, although strangely enough his friends switch wouldnt connect, I have tried the various suggestions of using google and cloudflare DNS on the switch and have even tried splitting the 2.4/5 GHZ channels but all to no avail.
I have managed to successfully connect the switch to my mobile hotspot with no issues so the problem seems to lie with the Vodafone router.
Anyone got any other suggestions, this is the first time we have had an issue and we have had the Nintendo switch for a couple of years with this Vodafone router.
Thanks in advance
Scott

Hi there @scottlefley - How strange! Could you help me by confirming the following please?
- What error message, if any, are you receiving on the Nintendo Switch when trying to connect to the router?
- How many devices do you have connected to the router?
- Are you having trouble connecting any other devices?
- Have you completed a hard reset of the router?

Hi, thanks for getting back to me.
I couldnt do a hard reset earlier of the router earlier as i was working so needed to keep my access, but i have now reset tthe router and now the Nintendo connects straight away, must have been some gremlins in the router itself!
Thanks for taking the time to answer
Scott.
