So last month at 13/3 I requested a refund of my credits as I'm switching to another broadband from the support. I was told that they will be refunded in 11 working days. I have also received an email telling me a contract has been set up which was right after they told me the refund was set up.

Me: Hello, it's been 11 days and I still haven't gotten refund
Support: I can see a refund agreement has been set up. They take up to 11 working days, not normal days.
Me: oh ok thanks.
But then, till this date, after 44 days I still haven't gotten my refund yet. Can someone tell me if I've been scammed or something? Thanks!

Providing the direct debit has not been cancelled, any credit remaining will be credited back to your bank account.
Please remember that when you leave, there will be two further bills, the May bill should be the final bill and you should find the refund in your account when the bill has been generated.

Sometimes putting this in writing by way of a complaint can kick-start the process.
The Vodafone Social Media Teams are part.of the Customer Escalation Team but I would suggest to put this down in writing @IamHomeless123
