PRO Customer hell

I've been a pro customer since early October. Used to have BT. 1x booster in hall. Had wifi in every room in the house. Now with Vodafone only have WIFI down stairs in 2x rooms, upstairs 1x room. Directly above router. I have 2x boosters that have been installed correctly and do not work. When trying to get through to customer service its a nightmare. I've spent a lot of money on new office furniture for my wife to be able to work in our bedroom, she's works for NHS. Spends hours on the phone/app trying to get to the bottom of it. Anyone else having these issues? It's hell . My wife uses her mobile data to work now. Anyone else know why Vodafone and BT have such difference in there ability to provide wifi?

I'm guessing it's because BT spend more money on their router/extenders. Which they can do because they charge more for the broadband.

Switching from BT to Vodafone seems to have caused significant WiFi issues for you, impacting your wife's work with the NHS.
