Power Over Ethernet

Hello everyone

I am looking to connect some wired access point to extend the range of the Vodaphone router.  The access point I have been looking at is the one that uses power over ethernet i.e. no separate power supply needed.

Does the vodaphone modem supports power over ethernet that I just need to connect hte access point to the vodaphone modem and it will just work?

No, you will need an injector or a PoE switch. Make sure the switch or injector is the same compliance as the AP (and the voltage).
