I upgraded from FTTC to FTTP last week and have spent quite a few hours on chat trying to sort out a few issues, including nearly 2 hours this afternoon being passed between various teams. All issues have been now sorted except for the 4g backup.
Can anyone confirm if the dongle style backup device should work with the ultra hub? I've spoken to a number of people this week who have given me differing advice. I wasn't sent one of the new puck style backup devices with the new router and booster and was told on chat that my old device should work. But when i didn't I was then told by another person that it would not work and they would send me the correct equipment, but this morning another of the old style dongle arrived. Despite 2 hours on the chat and swapping SIM cards it's still not working.
