Refund for loss of Fibre Service

I am entitled to a refund of £97.60 due to the loss of fibre broadband service.

Vodafone have agreed that this is the amount due me after, a long call of 1hour 26 minutes that took place on the 05/10/2024 to resolve matters.

How long does it take for this credit to appear on my account?

I have had no email communication from Vodafone confirming when this will happen.

Any advice of when I should chase Vodafone again would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @Broker-Man Typically any automatic compensation is added to a customers account up to 30 days after the issue is resolved but can take up to 6 weeks. More on this can be found here

Vodafone have credited my account in full for the loss of service.

So, pleased with service and promptness of resolving this issue.
