Hi can anyone help me. My 2 year contract for Fullfibre ended in April. It was originally £31pcm. Was offered to renew/upgrade in May.
My contract shows that I should have a discount of £29 off for 24 months
Since then my bills have been
May (1 Apr - 1May) £70.44 ............was told that would be corrected following month.
June (1May -1Jun) £35.92
July (1Jun- 1Jul) £60 !!! to be paid on 15 July.
Any help appreciated.
No house phone and my upgrade actually removed the wifi dongle
