Hi, I am trying to get hold of transcripts of the chats I had before and after setting up broadband service with Vodafone. I cannot see any reference to retrieving transcripts in my Vodafone login webpage. Does anyone know how I go about retrieving transcripts? Is there a specific url I need to go to?
As far as I remember there's 3 dots at the top of the chat window you have to click and request manually. Shortly after the chat closes you get a transcript by email.
It's a poor system I know but there must be an easier way that I can't find.
