Help!!!
I have been trying to connect my ring door bell 4 to my new ultra pro 2 broadband and I can’t manage it!
can anyone help the “pro team” are useless!

What's happening when you try to pair the ring doorbell up with your Wi-Fi ?
Is the process of scanning the Qr Code on the back of the ring doorbell unit working OK ?
I had some issues with connecting mine albeit I don't use Vodafone Home Broadband.
I changed the Wi-Fi channel in my Home Broadband Router which resolved my issue.
Take a look on Rings Help Support pages which has some troubleshooting guides.
One is to move the Router closer to the doorbell unit.
