I run a small business from home and depend 100% on my broadband.My account has been terminated due to late payment of an April and May invoice.I accept I am late with these payments.
What is impossible to understand is Vodafone terminated my account nor suspended it,quoting 5 working days to get back up and running.I now can do no work for the next week.
This is not fair and wrong.A simple service suspension would be fine but to terminate !!!
I also don't know if I am still in pr out of contract.Noone can tell me.

Problem is solved after over four hours on the phone.
Miraculously the connection was reinstated on trust,the bill was paid immediately.
I still don't know my current contract status

As you state you rely 100% on your broadband for your business maybe you should make it a priority to pay your account on time in the future.
I don't see nay blame on Vodafone here.
Would your business continue to supply/work for someone who has not paid their accounts for over 2 months ! !
