Two sites needed for work show "Server not found"

There are 2 websites that I need to be able to access for work.
https://zabbix.essensys.tech/

https://zabbix.essensys.tech/

I was able to get to both of these without problem from my old ISP (Sky), and I can do the same when I use my mobile hotspot.

But when I try to get to these from Vodafone, it can't find the server.
When I do an NSLookup I get the following:

C:\Users>nslookup netbox.essensys.tech
Server:  UnKnown
Address:  fe80::d635:1dff:fe21:a6b5

*** No internal type for both IPv4 and IPv6 Addresses (A+AAAA) records available for netbox.essensys.tech

I've tried hard setting my DNS to 8.8.8.8, but it doesn't make a difference.
It doesn't seem to be a filter at router level, because I turned off all filtering on my router, and it also didn't help.

I don't think it is anything to do with Vodafone, I cant reach them at all, not even with a VPN. Also see here:

https://www.isitdownrightnow.com/zabbix.essensys.tech.html

Thanks for you reply Jayach, the websites are working, I've just logged off my voda wifi and on to my mobile hotspot. Also as mentioned it worked totally fine with my old ISP.

I presume you're using Vodafone as well? Do you get the same as me when trying to ping the address or do an nslookup?

In terms of the isitdown link, I'm not sureprised it returned a fail, the sites should only be accessible via my VPN with LDAP creds.

Yes I am on Vodafone, Unfortunately so is my phone, so I'm unable to repeat your hotspot test.

I'm unable to to get a DNS reply from net.essensys.tech but essensys.tech is fine. That is going via Nord VPN so should be totally divorced from Vodafone.

Do happen to know the IP address for the sites?

Edit: see my mistake there, I typed net instead of netbox

Neither of those sites work for me when using my Virgin Media connection.

When I use nslookup I get this:

C:\Users\>nslookup netbox.essensys.tech
Server: UnKnown
Address: fe80::d635:1dff:fe04:35c

*** No internal type for both IPv4 and IPv6 Addresses (A+AAAA) records available for netbox.essensys.tech

C:\Users\>nslookup essensys.tech
Server: UnKnown
Address: fe80::d635:1dff:fe04:35c

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: essensys.tech
Address: 35.246.38.241

So maybe it's something to do with the fact Vodafone aren't using IPv6 and Sky are.

Sorry ignore the above, I was still doing it on the PC without Nord. With Nord VPN I can ping netbox.essensys.tech, but obviously can't connect to the sites with a browser.

Repeat nslookup with Nord:

C:\Users\>nslookup netbox.essensys.tech
Server: UnKnown
Address: 103.86.96.100

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: netbox.essensys.tech
Addresses: 192.168.252.46
192.168.251.71
192.168.253.41

C:\Users\>nslookup essensys.tech
Server: UnKnown
Address: 103.86.96.100

Non-authoritative answer:
Name: essensys.tech
Address: 35.246.38.241

Ping with Nord says:

C:\Users\>ping netbox.essensys.tech

Pinging netbox.essensys.tech [192.168.253.41] with 32 bytes of data:

Getting a bit beyond my expertise now. .😕

Someone has set something on the sites up incorrectly!  Those IPv6 addresses are LOCAL addresses and not internet addresses, hence even if you have IPv6 you'll never be able to reach them at those addresses!  The IPv4 addresses listed in the last reply are also not internet addresses!
