Using the Wifi Extender Fast286 with a different router

Hello

I have a FTTH connection with Vodafone but I use my personal OpenWRT router connected via ethernet to the Vodafone hub. The V hub has DHCP and Firewall off, and DMZ turned on to allow me to access directly my router from outside.

I have also turned off the Wifi of the V hub and I use mine.

When I registered for the broadband, Vodafone sent me a Fast286 range extender device.

How do I connect this to my router? My router does not have WPS so I cannot go down that route, and I seem not to be able to get to a config webpage on the Fast286.

Does anybody knows the login credentials on this range extender?

It's quite possible that there is no user-accessible webui on the range extenders as they appear to supposedly be zero-config devices.
