Hi all. First post for me as I have a bit of a headache.
Im reconfiguring my home topology and as a short term measure I’m going to replace my New Vodafone hub for a WiFi 6 router probably from Netgear.
My question is how best do I connect the home landline directly to the new router or LAN port switch with the RJ11 cable.
Should I be using a VOIP adaptor and would I need any config help?
Any advice is warmly welcome.

So have a look here: https://forum.vodafone.co.uk/t5/Other-broadband-queries/Gigafast-VOIP-Settings-issue-amp-Speed-issue... to start with. When not using the VF router you'll need your SIP username and password. In order to use SIP/VOIP with a Netgear router, in most cases you'll need a suitable SIP gateway or SIP phone

Thanks @KeithAlgar
i have subsequently seen some feeds with U.K. issues regarding config using the available Vodafone settings. I’m not sure I have seen a resolution yet so will keep searching.
