Vodafone broadband app not showing device connections

The app has not been showing the device connections on our WiFi for around a day now. I’ve tried reinstalling the app and it’s still not working. Any idea why this would be and any potential fixes?

Got in contact with someone at Vodafone and they say it’s a problem with the app itself and they plan to release an update later to fix it

Hi, usually it’s because the devices don’t have a strong enough WiFi connection to the router, they could be fluttering between bands (2.4/5/6ghz) or the device your using the app on is losing WiFi connectivity or changing bands as you move around the home. The new app they’ve just released has a refresh button which pulls data through from the router and refreshes the app - try that. If that doesn’t work you could try to factory reset your router (hold the reset pin in for 10 seconds on the back), then change your password back to your old one via the app when it prompts you to so your devices reconnect to it (as a factory reset will reset it back to the original default password). An uninstall/reinstall of the app would be my final attempt before contacting their support teams through the web chat or call 0333 304 0191 (or 191 from your Vodafone mobile phone)
