Hi I’m a customer of Vodafone I have been a customer for two years and my contract ended October 19th I have been in recite of universal credit the whole an thought it would be simple to move over to the essentials package but after filling in two applications which state you will get a call back in five days and numerous phone calls their is no help from Vodafone an still waiting for a call back over three weeks later, I’m getting the feeling they would like to keep me on the more expensive package
