Everywhere you look and read Vodafone customers seem to be unhappy and complaining whether it's on this forum or other forums or the Vodafone Facebook page. Ofcom reporting Vodafone got the highest number of complaints again .wonder if Vodafone is going to close its broadband down again and sell all the customers to Plusnet like they did last time. Vodafone needs to sort these issues out soon in order to protect its mobile side. Think the admin and moderator no answer policy is also really not going to help its reputation
