Web Form Broken for Switch Credit

Hey there. Hope you had a good Christmas. This is probably one for an admin or moderator? 

The form for claiming switch credit is directing to a non-responsive web address that times out 😊


The form is here:  https://www.vodafone.co.uk/switching/claim/


When  you complete the form, and press the submit button, it tries to send the form to this address: https://new-forms.vodafone.co.uk/ but this server appears to be down and eventually times out. 

I’ve reported to Customer Services but not sure they got what I was meaning. 

Trying to ping new-forms also times out. Could you take a look as can’t submit the form for a switch credit 🙏

Did you get any where?  I've been on Instagram and now customer service call for 5 hours now.. I'm getting no where.

I have the exact same issue as Electrolus567 with the page not being available and have tried from a laptop and mobile phone.  

I too only have Broadband, can you assist please.

 

 

Me too. Multiple different computers and phones and different browsers. Support clueless and unable to help. Very obviously broken at their end. 

 

Raise a complaint, after 9 hours of talking on live chat and on the phone it's the only way I got through to them.. now resolved (hopefully, we'll see when the next bill comes through!)

Hey. I've just tried again and it's gone though now for me. I've received confirmation via email that the form has been received and they'll review it within 14 days. Maybe try again too? 

Got mine applied manually after lodging a complaint. Today received overdue switching credit email, so maybe they have got it fixed.

I hope you have a better result that I've just had.

Having spent literal hours on live chat to various different people in various different departments... I've been told that Pro II broadband isn't included in the switcher scheme, despite not saying anything about that being the case anywhere!

Seriously unimpressed when it's cost me £146 to leave my previous supplier.
