What is the difference between Internet Plus and Internet Extreme plans?

I want to upgrade from Extreme 100 EGP (8 Gigabytes) to something higher like in range of 200-300 EGP and I found Vodafone Internet Plus plans https://xender.vip/ https://nox.tips/ 

they are monthly, provides more Internet than Extreme plans, should I buy plus or go for 400 EGP Extreme worth of 40 gigabytes?
