I have been using the schedule feature on the app to turn the WiFi off at night. It didn’t turn back on the other morning so I used the button on the router which was fine, but now the schedule I had set up has disappeared and the app won’t let me set up a new schedule... I keep pressing “set schedule” but nothing happens... the rest of the app is working fine... any ideas?

try logging directly into the router by HTTP://192.168.1.1
the password is under the router
go to the schedule page and try from there .should work ok .

The password is not being recognised. I have never changed it so not sure what to do now?

its not the wifi password its the other one that says router

That’s the one I’m entering but it’s not being recognised! So frustrating as the app was working till a couple of days ago

If you can't access the router GUI with the password on the router and you haven't changed the password yourself, the only thing you can do is factory reset the router by holding the reset button in for at least 10 seconds.
