Worst suport ever

Hello , i was in call with Vodafone(0808 005 7320) about my broadband problems . After 3 days of investigation they called me . They were checking me detail around 15 min, after that we talk about an engineer visit, I was waiting for them to answer back about the day when engineer gonna be booked . After 54 min they just close call :Smiling: waiting 54 minutes just to book an engineer, at the end nothing . I just spend one hour listening Vodafone’s music . And I still don’t get an engineer visit 😁🤣🤣

They should really have a proper call handling system, where if you report a fault, they give you a fault reference and a website you can check to see what is happening on your call. Waiting around on phones is a complete waste of time. (Even more of a waste of time is trying to use social media as a tool for fault problems.)
