access to work website

Hi

Vodafone is blocking the health website I need for my patient management at work

onevisionlab.co.uk

 We have been unable to access it for a few days now, I can access with BT and other providers, just not Vodapone.  Can you unblock is please

Who looks after the I.T. at work, and have you reported the problem to them?

As I previously advised @Hillopticians, the error message doesn't indicate your site is being blocked by ourselves. Our Reclassification and Network teams have both advised that your site's not being blocked by our services. I'm sorry to hear you're still struggling to connect to this site. I'd suggest updating your DNS settings, or speaking to your IT team about the issue's you're having with your connection.
