access to work website

Hi

Vodafone is blocking the health website I need for my patient management at work

onevisionlab.co.uk

 We have been unable to access it for a few days now, I can access with BT and other providers, just not Vodapone.  Can you unblock is please

Also, the ssl cert is not 100% valid (no DNS found) 

When I go there I get and everything works

The error message shown isn't one you'd see if we were blocking your site @Hillopticians. Have you tried updating your DNS settings as advised by @Cynric?

The site works perfectly for me, not sure why others can't see it

My DNS is fine

PS I have Voda DNS on the router for voice but my macbook has its own DNS, I use 8.8.8.8 as primary so afaik thats what my computer uses, not the routers DNS

It's worth persisting with this because other colleagues who use or may move to Vodafone will struggle in the same way. Kinda take one for the team.

Or move away from vodafone's dns and use Google's, or quad9

Thanks for your update @Hillopticians, I've tried to connect to your site using a Vodafone mobile connection this morning and experienced no issues. As @Effie advised yesterday, our Reclassification team have advised your site's not on any of our blocked lists, and also appeared to have no issues when trying to connect, so you shouldn't be experiencing any difficulty yourself. To help us get a better understanding of the issue you're experiencing, can you please pop us a screenshot of the error message you're receiving when trying to connect.
