alexa booster not work with new router

i update my broadaband for fibre and i been told the alexa booster from vodafone would work with the new router. i connect alexa in to the new router and after 5 minutes after alexa disconnect automatic. i been try to figure out for more than a week and i cant get it work. help please

Hey @speedygomes6. If you're experiencing an issue with your Super WiFi Booster connection, try resetting it to factory settings:

1. Find the reset pin on the back of your Super WiFi Booster 
2. Insert a pin, push until you hear a click, and hold for 15 seconds  
3. Wait 10 seconds for the booster to restart – the front LED will turn white or purple depending on the type of booster you have  
4. Set up the Booster again
