why have I not received £100 amazon voucher after signing up to superfast broadband on jan 29. activated feb 24 can anyone help please

Was this an offer direct from Vodafone ?
Or an affiliate as in 100-Amazon-gift-voucher.
I would suggest to re check the terms and conditions and small print and then if required speak with Customer services or the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries who can investigate.
I'd suggest to use Twitter and link back to your thread here including your forum username so your not having to repeat yourself.

Thanks for quick reply. I think directly from vodofone, don't remember clicking through another website. Not sure if the voucher is 120 days after sign up or after activation. I will contact customer services thanks for your help
