24-month contract on broadband 

open the app

goto billing 

the billing only shows the last 12 months' bill 

 

so if you are 18 months into your contract how do you look back at bill 1,2,3,4,5 and 6 because the billing only shows the last 12 bills?

It doesn't look like you can do that online at all.  I even had a go using a web-page in the hope that I might be able to manipulate the URL, but no luck.  Looks like you'll need to chat with the CS daemons!

Stupid that you can't log into your own account and access your bills while still in contract. I was trying to get a copy of my bills to check through them
