I was wondering what internet cable is supplied with the home broadband, and whether I can replace it through vodafone or need to replace through somewhere else. Thanks

I assume you mean the cable that connects the router to your BT phone socket.
Its known as a DSL cable and is RJ11-RJ11 and the one Vodafone supply is 2 meters long. Longer ones are available from eBay or Amazon (just about anywhere really). Make sure it is sold as a DSL cable and not just RJ11-RJ11.
Also know as modem cable or ADSL/VDSL cable.
Edit: Vodafone mark it as internet (cable). Every ADSL/VDSL modem will have the same type of cable.
2nd Edit: I originally typed RJ45 instead of RJ11, Thankfully @HappyNomads post made me notice my mistake.

Vodafone supply a 2 metre RJ11 to RJ11 cable. They can be bought in many lengths from many suppliers.
