Hi,

      I have not received my code for the Amazon tech pack (fire stick/echo) I had an email saying the code would be emailed 21/28 days after activation this time has now passed

Can you help please?

Hi @barney59! I'm sorry you've not received your Amazon Tech Pack yet. We're unable to access accounts over the forum to double check your live dates with us, however, when you took out broadband with us, you should have received an email that advised you'd be contacted further by email with information of how to claim the tech pack once you've been active for 28 days. Have you received this? Please check your spam and junk folders in case this has ended up there.

If you're unable to find the email, please pop our Social Media team a message and they'll be able to get this checked 🙂
