Vodafone has upgraded my broadband contract without my permission and wont reverse the upgrade has this happend to anybody else.

It's only really a problem if by doing this they have extended the contract term, or started charging you more. If either of those is the case then you should be able to sort this by contacting OFCOM or Trading Standards (if necessary)!

I'd suggestion is to have a good read of the Vodafone Terms and Conditions to ensure what they can and can't do @STEVENSPIBY1
What have the Vodafone Agents advised when you engaged them over this ?
Is this over the 14 day cooling off period even though I fully understand and appreciate that you didn't instigate this ?

Vodafone Agents advised they have made a mistake but after 7 hours on the phone i am getting nowhere they are passing me from pillar to post.
