Billing details for PAYG customers

I have been unable to find a page online or in the app where I can see the charges and credits against my account. Why should this be difficult?

If your looking for itemised billing on PAYG @Shakerhill , it not available, you need to be on a pay monthly contract for itemised billing. 

 

As far as PAYG is concerned, as it's prepay you will only be able to see details of available credit, active bundles and BVB usage.

So if Vodafone charges me an extra 100 or 1000 pounds for out of plan long distance, I won't know until they ask me for more money?

 

Not sure how that is legal.
