Can’t send texts or call on PAYG1

I have unlimited txts and calls on PAYG1 but all of a sudden I can’t do either… what’s going on??

Yes @NEnders , you will be paying £1.00 per day on the days you use the phone giving you unlimited standard calls and texts throughout the day up to midnight. There is information here: PAYG 

Check you online account and Application, this will give the amount of credit available to pay fore the daily service.
