Can you return prepaid payg order sim card and get a refund?

The title says it all. Can I take the unused sim card to a vodafone store and expect them to refund me? many thanks

Pop into a Vodafone High Street Shop with ID and they'll assist and clarify what they can do.

Assuming you've not activated the sim by inserting it into a phone and used the uploaded credit to buy a Big Value Bundle.
