Cant change my account first and second name

Hi i accidently put my account number as my name for my account. Now i cant verify my age as iam over 18 and it needs my bank card.  it autofills my name as the account number i put in. Ive tried changing my name via a form but it still says my name is my account number.

Try clearing PC cookies and cache, close down the browser and try again.

Hi thank you for the reply unfortunately I have tried all of that and when I login in it shows the same it did before
