Charging SIM Card on Vodafone PT

I am trying to put money onto my SIM Card which is registered in Portugal. But the Vodafone website (Portuguese) has not been working for some months and I am unable to charge my SIM Card. Can anyone please advise when Vodafone will fix this error please?

Vodafone UK wouldn't be able to  help with  a Vodafone Portugal top up problem both are separate companies. 

You will need to persevere with contacting Vodafone Portugal.
