Hi
I brought a phone from Carphone warehouse with £10 airtime credit for vodaphone but my airtime credit is not working and I cant get through to anyone on the phone.

When Carphone sell a PAYG phone with credit there is usually a code to be entered to the phone from the receipt or they may have given you a voucher.
As this was a Carphone purchase you will need to go back to point of sale and query this with Carphone Warehouse.
At a guess you are on PAYG 1. If the top up is delayed by Carphone, you can top up direct from Vodafone here: PAYG top up Also further information here: Vodafone PAYG

Please remember, as with all Customer Service channels at the moment and the Government's advise to stay at home you will need to be very patient trying to speak to anyone.
The top-up I bought with my new Pay as you go phone hasn't been added

When did you buy the phone from CPW ?
From my personal experience with buying from CPW they apply the credit onto the sim card they supply with the phone.
Do please double check your paperwork, and myvodafone app and myvodafone online and kr have a quick word with CPW Customer Services.
