As there is no account access via this forum you won't get a reply from the forum via your post here.
Instead you'll need to contact Vodafone customer services on 191, Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries to check your account.
Please also check with your Banks Customer Services to see if that the amount has been gated off instead in your account awaiting for Vodafone to collect it. If Vodafone don't collect the funds it would drop back into your bank accounts available balance in the next few days.
This can happen if the top up has gone wrong in some way.
A top up can sometimes be delayed so please do check in your myvodafone account / myvodafone app again.

The best way to make sure the BVB has not been added would be the My Vodafone application or your online account, both will give information on active bundles and available credit.
Any payment from your bank will be ringfenced as a pending payment with the money collected by the merchant the following working day, yesterday was Good Friday and this means the money will be released by the bank on Tuesday after the Monday Bank Holiday.
