Disconnected mobile

My wife has a very basic mobile for occasional calls or texts.  She doesn't roam (I think!) and does not use Data.

She only got one 45 day warning about lack of use and thought she had sent me a text.  She would like her number back as it is very close to mine so easy to remember.

I have the SIM code and wonder if there is a way to reconnect

Yes @PinkyPerky , there are some previous threads asking this question on the forum, if you type the question in the forum search facility these will come up.

Providing it's been no longer than 180 days since the last chargeable activity or top up speak to Vodafone ASAP and they will advise if the number can be reconnected.  There is also the Social Team available through social channels here Contact Us 

Thanks for replying.  When I asked at the shop he said thy couldn't help.  He said call 191.  Whe I did that it just said 'Only emergency'. Neither of us use social media so the Social Team isnt available
