This is an absolute joke and will be reporting you to trading standards!!!!
Your 2345 number clearly states £30 BVB = 300GB of data.
I purchased this today and only got 100GB.
I called customer services and did web chat to be told “oh this is a mistake, that message should have been changed in January and we cannot give you the additional data.
I purchased this bundle expecting 300GB as stated on your official telephone number!!!!
I expect this data to be added immediately.

oh and I made sure I took a recording before it gets changed!!!! …. Not giving customers what you say their money buys will be passed into trading standards.
Disgusting customer support btw!!!

Hi @CDym 👋 Thank you for bringing this to our attention, I do really apologise that this has happened. If you can please reach out to the social team via this link, we will look at what we can do to make things right and make sure this is raised with the relevant teams to get this corrected as quickly as possible. When you speak to the team, please just give them the link to this thread, this will mean you won't need to explain the situation again.

This was a winter time promotion, the Terms and Conditions are here:
Vodafone Winter Data Promotion on Pay as you go (15 November 2022 to 31 January 2023) and the information should have been removed from 2345 and no doubt this will be picked up by the Social Team and fed back for the customer journey.
The extra data is not sold on the website, you can check this here: Big Value Bundles
If you have any questions, drop the Social Team a message here: Contact Us

I don’t care about “this should have been removed” …… it clearly wasn’t and you aren’t giving customers the data you promise on YOUR OFFICIAL TELEPHONE NUMBER!!!

If the offer isn’t available then Vodafone can simply refund you the £30 and cancel the BVB… thus putting you back in the position you were before purchasing. That would be seen as a remedy in the eyes of Trading Standards…
