Hi, 

I activate my VOXI SIM card using a promo code. but the SIM is not active and the promo code is invalid now. It keeps saying emergency call only and do not let me use data or send any massages. I completely know the password I set. but I do not have any phone number or username to log in to the VOXI app. It is so frustrating and I do not know what to do. could you please help me?
