My sim has been disconnected I would love to claim my number back any help would be kind.

Hi @Sahara2024. Are you referring to your Pay as you go number? If so, to keep your Pay as you go number active, you would have needed to use it for at least one chargeable activity - like sending a text or topping up - every 180 days. If unused for 180 days, your mobile number will be disconnected and cannot be reconnected. You would need to order a new SIM and obtain a new mobile number.
