You should be able to access your account via your Myvodafone app and the Myvodafone online via your browser.
If your experiencing issues then phone 191 or use Live Chat and they'll help.
Also the Vodafone Social Media Teams via Facebook Messenger or Twitter DM can help > Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries.
I suggest to contact Vodafone this way as there is no account access via this forum.
