How can I cancel voicemail without calling 121

I'm trying to switch off voicemail on my mothers phone. She is in hospital and if she doesn't reach her phone quickly enough it goes to voicemail. The phone is a DORO 780 which is a very simple phone designed for seniors.  It doesn't even have  a numeric keypad  so I cant call 121 to cancel voicemail.  I can log on to her account but that doesn't seem to have an option to switch off voicemail. Does anyone know of an alternative way to cancel voicemail without being able to dial 121?

With a phone like that the only thing you can (easily) do is put the sim into a different phone, then call 1210 to turn voicemail off.

switching sim is worth a try. I'll see if it fits mine mine. Thanks
