I bought a new sim card, topped up £15 about 4 days ago and it was automatically converted into a big value bundle which I didn't want! I just want to have the credit on the phone, like good old fashioned pay-as-you-go. I have opted out of the bundle but my credit is still at zero. It's extremely frustrating. I just want to use the credit on the phone as is and not have it put into a bundle. Is there any way around this? I've called 2345 but it's all automated and I can't get to speak to anyone about this.
