So I bought a vodafone PAYG phone and sim and already I'm starting to regret it.
I had a question about getting a PAYG sim without the bundles and 'Sales' told me to go into town and had no idea.
But I persevered and bought the phone a sim. after reading a couple of posts on here
But now I cant log into the My Vodafone account, I've received 3 temporary passwords and a few codes texted to my old number but still nothing.
Its either not recognised or an internal server error pops up. I've no idea how to fix this as customer services are too busy to speak with me and so redirect me to the 'Chat' which is, frankly, about as useful as a chocolate teapot
So is this normal, is there something wrong with my account, or is there some mystical button I need to press or email I need to open to make it all work?
I'm sure buying a mobile phone isn't supposed to be this hard.
Something tells me I should have gone to EE
