I would need advice with the following problem, where my Uk sim card (pay-as-you-go) became disconnected after my 10 days abroad message plan had run out. I can not log into myvodafone either because I do not receive any text messages which would be needed for login to myvodafone. I am currently abroad. My number used to be a monthly pay plan since then became pay as you go.

Hello @Mz-X I'm sorry to hear you're having these issues - I understand how important it is to stay connected, especially when travelling abroad.
I think we'll need to take a look at your account, as you should be able to log in to your Pay as you go online account using the same details you did when it was Pay monthly.
