If the number port only completed today you will find the online account will automatically show the ported number within 24 hours with the App following. Before logging on, it is recommended to clear cookies on the PC and restart the phone to access the App.

When you are able to log on to prevent issues receiving the security code on your Vodafone number it helps to add an additional number to receive the security code, this can also be a landline number.

Just to add onto Ann. Anytime there's an activation in progress or port in processing the online account won't work properly until it has completed. This is because the app needs to pull account information from the number, which is in limbo.
Once everything has completed ti should work for you.
