Moving from Vodafone PAYG to Vodafone Business - how??

I am trying to move a number from a Vodafone PAYG to a Vodafone Business but can not work out how to do it?

I have a PAC code from the PAYG but the business account doesn't recognise the PAC (even though its Vodafone!)

Webchat was useless - didn't have a clue

Does anyone know how to do this simple thing?

Hi @stinky_bob 

Unlike pay monthly where you would complete a change of ownership here: Transfer number and agreement where PAYG is concerned you would only need to contact Vodafone Business and ask the Department to change the number.  This would mean you would lost the present number on the business contract when the number was replaced.
