My number is showing as not vodafone number

Hello,

I recently purchased a vodafone prepaid number, i am currently in germany. I am trying to recharge online but unfortunately my vodafone number when i enter to recharge showing as not vodafone number. Could someone help me?

It sounds like the SIM hasn't been activated @soumyareddy .   For the SIM to fully activate the first top up and chargeable connection needs to be completed in the UK on the home network.

For roaming in Germany you would need a roaming pack for outgoing from here: Charge Checker Roaming 

You can try contacting Vodafone from any other phone on this number 0044 7836 191 191 but with the number coming up as not a Vodafone number there may be some problems getting connected to an advisor.

If you have an unlocked phone, an alternative would be a SIM card for the country.

But I have purchased a new prepaid sim in Germany itself and have been using it from last 6 months. I had same problem since from then. Tried contacting customer care, they haven’t been much helpful. I can’t every time visit store to buy a prepaid recharge card. I would Like to top up online directly entering my number. But when Iam trying to it is showing as not vodafone number😣

The problem here @soumyareddy is the community here is Vodafone UK help  and support, you didn't make it clear you were a Vodafone Germany customer.
