proof of barring

Hello, I have lost my S23 Plus a few weeks ago. I used a vodafone pay-as-you go sim-card with the device and had insurance with Barclays. I made a claim and their are asking for proof of barring. I have already filled the form and contacted customer services a few times regarding this issue. I also reported the phone lost or stollen on the Vodafone's online service and now it comes with message if I am trying again as the "device is already blocked" BUT in my emails from vodafone on the it shows as "device Date of blacklisting: NA". I have spoken with my insurer and they told me that if I show proof to Vodafone that I have purchased the device from CEX back in April, they should be able to block the device from using sim-cards and register it on the database. Please somebody help me as I do not know what to do. Customer service wont help, I am keep trying to chat or call and nobody would even listen properly to my problems. One of them even transferred me to the Vodafone Insurance.
