If you are passing a store @Allywashere this will be the quickest way to get a replacement SIM, you willneed to take some identification with you and be prepared to answer some security questions to prove you are the owner of the number. Providing the SIM was last used before the usual 180 day cut off time limit, you shouldn't have any problems.
